40th Anniversary 2nd Chance Contest
During the course of the promotion (1/5/22-12/31/22) players must enter all three of their NON-WINNING 40th Anniversary scratchers: ($1) 40th Anniversary, ($5) 40th Anniversary, and ($10) 40th Anniversary tickets into the contest to be eligible for entry.
Scratch the bottom of each ticket to reveal the 10-digit second chance prize code. Enter each code into the corresponding entry field. All three-games must be entered to be eligible for one entry.

You Can Become the Powerball First Millionaire of the Year with iLottery
Purchase a Powerball ticket on iLottery and you will be automatically entered for a chance to become the Powerball First Millionaire of the Year. With no qualifying purchase amount, this is a fun and easy way to play, and WIN! The entry period begins on September 1, 2022 and ends on September 30, 2022. Players will receive one (1) draw entry for every transaction that includes a Qualified Purchase on iLottery. On October 4, 2022 – The DC Lottery will conduct one (1) Drawing to determine the two (2) Contestants in the DC iLottery Powerball First Millionaire of the Year Contest. The Grand Prize will be awarded during Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve program which will be televised on ABC.

Enter DC Lottery’s Powerball First Millionaire of the Year 2nd Chance contest from September 1, 2022 through September, 30, 2022. It’s easy to play! Purchase any amount of Powerball (there is no qualifying purchase amount) and enter the 2nd chance contest code on the bottom of your ticket at dclottery.com for your chance to win! Powerball is available at all retail locations. Both winning and non-winning tickets are eligible. Cancelled tickets are not eligible. Purchase must be on one bet slip. One web code per purchase.
All Powerball entries between 9/01/2022 and 9/30/2022 will also automatically be entered into the Win For Just Playing 2nd Chance contest.

During the contest period (7/1/22-12/31/22) every purchased DC Lottery ticket, excluding DC Scratchers and Tap & Play games ("Qualifying Ticket") will bear a twenty (20) digit 2nd Chance Prize Code that can be used to enter the contest.
